My garage door is not going down

This could be caused by a number of issues including a safety sensor issue, Garage door is being obstructed, faulty hinges or rollers, bad springs or an issue with the motor itself.

My Garage Door is not opening

In most cases this is due to a broken spring however the same reasons that a garage door will not close can be the same reasons it will not open.

My remote isn’t working

This is a more common than people think and there are several reasons this could be happening including the direct wall button is locked no power going to the motor the motor is disconnected, the red pull cord is disconnected the remote is faulty or has gone out, battery in the remote is dead, motor needs to be repaired.

Motor makes noise but does not open

This is commonly caused by a striped gear in the motor itself but also could mean that the door has come disengaged from the motor.

How long does it take to fix my garage door?

Depending on the issue it could be as little as 30 minutes up to 2 hours

How long to remove the old door and install a new door?

This also depends on the door type but in most cases, it usually takes about 3 hours to 4 hours for us to complete the entire process and have your new garage door back in operation.
